I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Happy to accept non-personalised exchanges. I can happily process your refund once the item is received back in tip top condition. Sadly I can't refund postage as I'm a one person outfit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment

Payment is due at time of purchase, we accept credit cards and paypal.

 

Processing Time

We carefully design, prepare and pack each order from our studio in Somerset. Orders ship Monday through to Friday. All UK orders have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days. Please allow extra time for International Delivery. For Europe- Please add on 2-5 extra working days, US & Canada and extra 5-10 working days & Rest of the World an extra 10-12 working days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping
Art Prints

You will receive an Art Print through the postal system. It will be delivered in a hardbacked envelope with protective packaging, by First Class Mail or International Standard Air Mail.

Need your item sooner-- email me and I can find a cost for expedited delivery.

Digital Downloads

You will not receive a physical item.
All of my designs are digital printables, and will be available to download instantly after purchase.

All the designs have been created by myself and are sold for personal use only. They cannot be resold and redistributed. All rights are reserved and Copyright remains with the author.
