I don’t accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders.
- Digital downloads.
- Any order that has been printed externally.
Returns and exchange details
Happy to accept non-personalised exchanges. I can happily process your refund once the item is received back in tip top condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Postage Costs for returned items are the responsibility of the Returnee. Sadly I can’t refund postage as I’m a one person outfit.
Payment is due at time of purchase, we accept Paypal and Credit Cards as a guest of Paypal.
We carefully design, prepare and pack each order from our studio in Somerset or send out larger items to our lovely Fine Art Printers. Orders ship Monday through to Friday, with posting days Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. All studio orders have an estimated processing time of 3-5 working days. Our lovely Fine Art Printer has a processing time of 4-6 working days. Please allow plenty of time for International Delivery.
Your order will be packaged very carefully for safety during shipping. We always hope your item will arrive in tip top condition.
A4 or 8×10″ Prints
These prints are placed inside a cello wrapper with extra card for protection. They are mailed in a hardbacked envelope, again with protective card to ensure a safe delivery.
11×14″ Prints and Larger
These prints are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled carefully and then placed inside a sturdy cardboard art tube.
Once payment has cleared, the non personalised digital downloads will be available for downloading from the website. You will not receive a physical item.
Any personalised digital files will be processed in 3-5 working days and sent through via email and We Transfer to the address linked to your order. Please make sure the address is correct.

What Postal Services Do You Offer?
We use the following services as Standard:
United Kingdom: Royal Mail Second Class
North America: Royal Mail International Standard
Europe: Royal Mail International Standard
Australia, New Zealand the Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Standard
There is an option for upgrading your postal service during checkout.
Is My Order Tracked?
Standard Shipping sadly doesn’t include Tracking.
If you need the item for a specific date or would like to track the package please upgrade to the Signed and Tracked postal service offered at Checkout.
Do I Have To Pay Customs Charges?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check in your country about Customs Duty Thresholds. For example, An Item sent from the UK to the US, will pay no duty if the item is under $800- the customs threshold is currently $800 (Feb 2020) . Anything sent to the US under this amount will be duty free. Even if there is no duty to pay, sometimes items get delayed coming through customs and I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
North America: 8-20 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and The Rest of the World: 8-24 business days
These shipping estimates can vary according to the time of year and please note that sometimes items can take up to 28 business days to arrive.
