The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 3 – 5 working days.
After placing your order, I’ll send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Print Sizes 16×20″ and Larger, and all Dispatched in USA prints
These prints are sent to our lovely fine art printer and they estimate.a processing time of 4-6 working days. I’ll send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched as soon as your order has left the printer.

CUSTOMS
In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. If your item hasn’t arrived after 28 working days after receiving your order confirmation, please get in touch.
Please note that we have no control over any import duties and taxes which may be levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination, nor can we predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that the following products are not eligible for exchange:
• Large Art Prints(16×20″ and larger)
• Prints Dispatched in the USA

I can happily process your non-personalised exchange once the item is received back in tip top condition. Please package up the item and send back to the return address below with information on the which item you would like to receive in exchange (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Once we have received and inspected the package and if the print is in tip top condition, we will process the exchange in no more than 3 days after the day the product is received by Paperpaintpixels. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask
Returns
Please note that the following products are not eligible for returns:
• Large Art Prints
Art Print sizes 16 x 20″, 18×24″ and 24×36″ are made to order via a print studio and returns are not accepted on these sizes. Please make sure you have purchased the right item and size for you.
• Personalised Prints:
As the prints are made to order for you, I can’t accept returns on any personalised item.
• Digital Prints
Because of the nature of these items I can’t accept returns.
All other items are eligible to be returned.
I can happily process your return once the item is received back in tip top condition. Please package up the item and send back to the returns address below. (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Once we have received and inspected the package and if the print is in tip top condition, we will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than
7 days after the day the product is received by Paperpaintpixels.
